What I collect and why

If you contact me, I may collect your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your enquiry. I use this to respond to enquiries and discuss potential bookings or services.

I may also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

I rely on legitimate interests for general enquiries and website security, steps before entering into a contract for potential bookings, and consent for email marketing.

Mailing list

If you join my mailing list, I will use your email address to send occasional Venus Hour news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting connect@venushour.co.uk.

Contacting me does not automatically subscribe you.

Sharing and retention

I do not sell your information. I use trusted providers for website hosting, email and mailing lists, which may process information on my behalf or outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

Enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months of our last contact unless there is a reason to keep them longer. Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent.

You can object to direct marketing at any time.

Cookies

I do not use cookies for my own advertising or analytics. Third-party content, including YouTube and Spotify, may use cookies or similar technologies and is subject to those services’ own privacy practices.
